October 20, 2016 - I use Navy Federal Credit Union. They claim to offer fraud protection and to monitor accounts. I rarely use my debit card and pay for most things by my credit card. They have had excellent monitoring of my credit card. I was planning a trip - and notified them of my travel dates. While -, I kept my debit card in an - blocking sleeve and used it only three times.
