First Direct Lending, LLC Mortgage credit decision / underwriting March 8, 2017 - I keep receiving notices for reducing my mortgage from multiple companies that have apparent information regarding my credit and mortgage loan amount. Several of the fliers have " last notice '' on them. First direct lender sent one with a number to call to Opt out of these notices, when I called the number they wanted my social security number and it was a mortgage company.
