LendingTree, Inc Mortgage credit decision / underwriting March 31, 2016 - The company is LendingTree.com. On -/-/2016, LendingTree.com posted a banner ad on the - ( news ) website. It quoted various mortgage loan rates. It quoted a 15 year fixed rate, 2.75 % stated rate, 2.75 % APR. I submitted my personal information ( perfect credit, low loan to value, conventional SFR. I was subsequently contacted by about - different mortgage lending companies. NONE of the companies quoted rates anywhere near the advertised rate of 2.75 %.
