Because I was hospitalized I immediately contacted my mother to contact my mortgage company. The set up a modification program for me during this time. I met all obligations that they ask and my mortgage is current. They reported me 30, 60, 90 days late to the credit bureau. I am disputing this because it is affecting my credit score. I am selling my current home to satisfy the original terms of my loan. However, I can not get financing because my credit score is - and no one will work me until my score is -.
