July 10, 2016 - Everbank failed to contact me when I had an existing military fraud alert on my personal information. They opened a bank account with my personal information under different contact information. I am trying to close this fraudulent bank account. I only found out about it through my own ID protection subscription service notification. March 22, 2016 - I was charged for - Return Deposit Item ( RDI ) fees of $10.00 each totaling $30.00 with Everbank ( acct # - -. I spoke with the bank in regards to the situation. They admitted it was their fault and I would be reimbursed for the $30.00. This did not occur ; the account was closed -/-/2016. I have attempted to call them several times and was told I would receive a call back from someone the next day after I had called. This never occurred after several calls made.
