Everbank failed to contact me when I had an existing military fraud alert on my personal information. They opened a bank account with my personal information under different contact information. I am trying to close this fraudulent bank account. I only found out about it through my own ID protection subscription service notification. I only opened this service after the OPM data breach that happened a few years ago and there were concerns of this information being sold.
