Nationstar Mortgage Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management September 22, 2015 - Good morning, In 2006, I applied for a 30yr fixed mortgage through - - -, then at the end of the year ( 2006 -, when I received my statement, I was confused at the huge interest amount, so I contacted the bank. They told me that they gave me a 10yr interest only and 20yr fixed mortgage. I never applied for anything like that!
