June 16, 2016 - I recently applied for and received a mortgage through United Security Financial Services. In the process my loan was changed from FHA, that 's what the disclosures I have say, to conventional and the interest rate seemed to change weekly. Each time it changed the costs would also change and I never knew what they were and could n't get updated forms from them. The loan process dragged on for months with constant changes and no answers.
