May 25, 2016 - I am having massive issues with HomeBridge Financial Services , Inc . The loan processing times have been lengthy with consistently wrong paperwork in terms of costs, payoff, and cash required to close. I signed the final documents only to be told 4 days later that my loan had to be redrawn at a lower payoff amount because they failed to get accurate payoff numbers ( I had made 2 mortgage payments of which they were advised ) because they had a limit on cash that could be returned to me and could not use the cash to pay down the principal on the new loan. March 22, 2016 - We were left homeless for almost 2 weeks due to the incompetence of - - - ( broker ) and HomeBridge Mortgage. We sold our home and were supposed to close simultaneously on our new home on -/-/-, we were given final loan approval and closing disclosures on -/-/- only to be told on -/-/- that due to a change in credit scores we would have to pay 3.03 % in discount points and wait an additional 3 days for new disclosures.
