I am - and there fore my source of income comes from -. The application was denied based on fraud. They made false claims against me in regards to my credit worthiness. I was also told by a supervisor that they do not base approval on the fico score. I was told credit scores have nothing to do with their decision making. Under truth in lending, there must be some obligation, after receiving all my personal information and processing a loan request, that they provide me with the details as to how the interest rate offered was determined. It is my understanding that a cosigner is provided to make sure a loan is paid back. I was denied and called back to sibmit reconsideration and my first reconsideration was not even looked at. When I called for a second reconsideration, I was informed this first reconsideration was not even considered because of an error in the information they received.
