Sunrise Credit Services Inc. Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer trouble with how payments are handled March 9, 2016 - My student loan, about a year ago, got switched to a new company. Ever since, it has been nothing but stress and problems. I prefer making payments online, a year later and their online payment system still does n't work. Every time I call no one seems to know how to resolve that issue, instead they talk you into auto payments, BUT you can only set that up for 12 months at a time. I asked if they would send a reminder when that auto payments will expire, the associate swore up and down they would notify me via email. Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer keep getting calls about my loan February 5, 2016 - Have been harassed and bombarded with numerous daily calls from Sunrise Credit Services , Inc after explaining multiple times my status. I had a pipe freeze and burst and spent over $700.00 in repairs and am now behind on my payment. Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer keep getting calls about my loan February 4, 2016 - My private - student loan was transferred to a new owner sunrise credit. I receive multiple calls a week from this company and have complained twice to them about it. If I make a payment I get a call that I have n't made a payment. If I miss a payment due to financial strain and explain to them I will not have it til the following month they state they will note that in the system yet I still receive daily calls. Moreover, as hard as I have tried I have struggled to obtain employment that simply allows for a standard of living let alone enough pay student loan payments. I received - different notices from - - - ( - ) dated - -, 2015 & - -, 2015 stating they were still servicing my loans. As such, I disregarded SCS ' initial letters as - entities are not allowed to collect on the same debt at the same time.
