Have been harassed and bombarded with numerous daily calls from Sunrise Credit Services , Inc after explaining multiple times my status. I had a pipe freeze and burst and spent over $700.00 in repairs and am now behind on my payment. I explained this to numerous reps who continue to call my phone and get the same response " ok we will make a note of that '' next day I get yet ANOTHER call. My current phone record shows as follows ( - ) @ - rec 'd call from Sunrise Credit Services Inc ... @ - I called back and explained my situation and that I get paid biweekly and will pay next month when I am able to. ( - ) @ - I get a call from Sunrise Credit Services Inc ... @ - I call and explain the SAME thing and get the SAME response " ok we will make a note of it in the system thank you '' ( - ) @ - I


this week and that I will not have a different answer than what I have already given. I also told them this is considered harassment. " We will make note of it in the system '' ( - ) @ - I get a call from Sunrise Credit Services Inc ( - ) @ - I get a call from Sunrise Credit Services Inc ( - ) @ - I get a call from Sunrise Credit Services Inc ( - ) @ - I get a call and voicemail from - - at Sunrise Credit Services Inc . I call back @ - and speak with - , I express it is very frustrating to receive DAILY calls over the same thing when I already made a statement. His response was " well you said you 'd pay next month and it 's next month '' MIND YOU ITS ONLY THE - OF THE MONTH!. I told him the month has just started and I get paid biweekly and that these phone calls are harassment, he hung up the phone on me!
