Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect June 17, 2015 - This company called my cell phone ( - ) and left a msg on -/-/15 to return their call. Then they called my house phone ( - ) a few minutes later and my wife answered. A women named - - asked my wife to take down her information and have me call them back. She stated she worked for an attorney and that I owed a debt from a -credit card account. My wife quickly googled this firm and found fraud allegtions and many complaints about them. After careful research we have found they are not attorneys, which is a violation of Federal and State Law, and have found they are not lice... |
