June 12, 2015 - I was told by the credit bureaus that the original creditor rejected to remove any negative reporting as well as updating my balance to reflect - despite providing me with a letter stating they would do so. I feel the creditor is sending me in circles because when I call to check the status of my dispute and to get more info on the process, they say that my account has been submitted to their sector that handles these claims and there is no way to speak to them and I have to just wait for a response.
