July 17, 2015 - Before I begin with the issues, I do want to make reference that the name that they have the debt under for me is my prior married name, - -, not - -. There are multiple issues with this debt collector. The first is that they are unwilling to provide me with verification and validation of the debt. May 28, 2015 - I have been receiving phone calls from a debt collector telling me that I am going to be to served at work and possibly taken to jail. When I call the number given, I get connected to very rude employees '' with vague information. All they can tell me is that I got a payday loan in 2009 for $400.00 that was never paid back.
