Which is preventing me from Refinance for over two ( 2 ) years. I have made several complaints since - about this Lender violating my rights under RESPA, TILA, HOEPA and GAFLA. Because the law are strict and I did not file my complaints within 12 months of me receiving the mortgage, - has gotten away with violating the law repeatedly.
