COMPLAINT - - -, - RE : Lender refuse to respond or accept mail demand for pay-off and payment history request for my " High Cost '' mortgage loan. Which is preventing me from Refinance for over two ( 2 ) years. I have made several complaints since - about this Lender violating my rights under RESPA, TILA, HOEPA and GAFLA. Because the law are strict and I did not file my complaints within 12 months of me receiving the mortgage, - has gotten away with violating the law repeatedly. Additionally, when I file my complaint with your office in - prior to the enactment of the new laws, because he was a small lender, you stated a lot of the laws did not apply to him, so he continued to abuse my rights as a consumer.
