Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account October 14, 2016 - The United Mortgage Company contact me in - 2016 and I was told by a gentleman by the name of - that they can lower my mortgage payments by $100.00 per month. At this time I owned my house for almost one year and thought I could use the extra money each month. The incentives were I would not have to pay the new mortgage for 2 months, lowered monthly payments and no closing costs except I would have to pay the loan officer, title company and other incidentals in the amount of $2100.00.
