I began new service with - -, and have nothing but consistent billing errors ( always overbilling ). It has been very difficult working with their customer service department to resolve the issues, but a couple of months ago, I thought everything had finally been resolved, and I suddenly received a collection notice on a bill I was unaware existed. - - refuses to recall the notice, and told me to pay the bill and I would have to deal with the credit reporting bureau on my own. The driver was at fault as they t-boned me while they were turning onto a side road and I was traveling in the bike lane. This debt is regarding a bill from the - Fire Department which provided me with an ambulance ride to the hospital.
