On - -, - I sent a letter to - - stating I called - - thru - - requesting my account be cancelled. I was n't able to cancel service myself with -, due to their policy. I was able to cancel my service by turning off my - and putting it another name, - allowed this only because of my complaint. I requested a refund for the months mentioned for the difference between - 's rates and - rates. I also stated I wanted the following amounts paid to - by -:- accounts reported on -/-/-OpenAccount # 1 $ -Balance- - - - - -Original Creditor $ -OpenAccount # 2 $ -Balance- - - - - -Original Creditor $ -Account # 3 $ -Balance- -Original Creditor $ -I contacted the creditor back in -, - sending in all documentation showing I have been disputing this issue. I received no response, I only know that this issue is not being resolved because this is now on my credit report, was put on credit report - -, - and - -, -. I made it very clear to - via phone and correspondence I attempted to cancel my account for five months because it was very obvious I was being overcharged - - I submitted a complaint to - - - 's ofice, - - - - .I filed a complaint with the NYS Public Service Commission - -, -. I am refusing to take financial responsibility for a company that would not cancel my service and overcharged me for over five months.
