Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine February 14, 2017 - - Hospital did not file my insurance correctly which caused my insurance not to pay the full amount of the bill which now has been added to my credit and has damaged my credit. I explained to the collection agency that i am - and i am on - and - which pays 100 percent of all medical bills and the hospital would need to file the proper insurance to get the proper payments and they refuse. I am on a limited income and can not afford to pay my medical bills which is why i am approved for both insurances. They will not fix their error which is continuing to damage my credit severally.... |

The amounts were $450.00, $420.00 & $360.00. The $450.00 was not filed with my insurance correctly and due to the time frame i never received any communication that I owed any amounts. $360.00 I did not have insurance and on the documentation provided their records states do not file but they put on my credit any way. I called Paramount Recovery at - on -/-/2016 @ - AM and spoke with - who informed me that she spoke with their client and they told her I had an outstanding balance which was not the case. I explained that I had just gotten off the phone with them and they confirmed the zero balance. She insisted that I still owed the paid balance so I offered to conference the billing dept from - in but - declined my offer.... |

I have never heard of them or this - that is from where the debt was incurred and sold to Paramount. But that 's not the most urgent problem. They have filed - individual accounts for collection of that $760.00. That is - debt reported on my credit file filed as - different collections for the same debt. On my credit file the account numbers are the same, date of origination is the same, file numbers are the same on each of these reported collections. This company saying that I owe them and I never went there. It says it was open on - 2015 well at that time I had medicaid and all doctor visits would have been covered.
