- - ( Original Creditor ) sent accounts to Paramount Recovery Systems. - accounts are reporting from them and some removed and some not. The amounts were $450.00, $420.00 & $360.00. The $450.00 was not filed with my insurance correctly and due to the time frame i never received any communication that I owed any amounts. $360.00 I did not have insurance and on the documentation provided their records states do not file but they put on my credit any way. This was to be cleared as a charity case as this is what information I signed stating this would be taken care of. Now the last $420.00 ( visit in - ) was never filed through my insurance until a year later ( - ) and - verbally assured me that it was their fault they did not file it properly as they had already had my insurance information. They updated the balance on my credit to $97.00 but i was assured I was not liable for this as the claim was written off. I am very frustrated as i have disputed this with the credit bureaus and they are refusing to delete or stating the information is correct. Since then I paid the crazy $97.00 even though I felt as though i should not because this was not my error and I again never received a bill stating the balance. I only have my -. This creditor is hindering my chances of getting a home and its frustrating when i tried to work with both - and PRS and got no where. - stated they would inform PRS to delete this entry but PRS stated they were looking into it and never got back with me. I am furious that the Credit Bureaus - & - care nothing about the proof i have sent over and over yet they keep these collections on my account.
