This Paramount Recovery agency has reported that I owe them $760.00. I have never heard of them or this - that is from where the debt was incurred and sold to Paramount. But that 's not the most urgent problem. They have filed - individual accounts for collection of that $760.00. That is - debt reported on my credit file filed as - different collections for the same debt. On my credit file the account numbers are the same, date of origination is the same, file numbers are the same on each of these reported collections. Unless they treated me 13 times in the same day for services that all cost $760.00. It 's not impossible that they did that. This is plain harassment. Reporting the same account multiple time on my report has had a detrimental effect on my credit score. Even if this debt were mine, there should be - account in collection, not -. Deliberately reporting false information to each of the credit bureaus is a punishable act under the FCRA. But I simply do n't have the thousands of dollars it takes to litigate a FCRA complaint.

I had other collections reported from other agecies that were materially related to healthcare, that I asked them to prove that I am the debtor and they simply couldnt and removed their filings from my report. Paramount will not even discuss anything other than my paying this $760.00. It 's almost blackmail. Unless I pay them, they are going to continue reporting false information to the credit bureaus.
