I called and explained to them at least three times this was not my debt, I left the adjusters name and contact information and still they went forward. This was the responsibility of the treating Hospital to assure proper billing and the doctors group to assure whether this was a personal or insurance related debt. I am in the midst of repairing my credit in preparation for buying a house, this little $100.00 dollar debt dropped my score by several points! I have disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and have sent several letters reaching out to this agency to try and resolve this matter. They have never responded back to validate this debt and continue to negatively report this account on my credit causing me damages such as being denied by several lenders. I was never contacted by the collection agency before information was reported to the collection agency. I contacted A/R Resources collection agency I told them I do not owe this bill and to contact the - department and they did not use proper collection protocol before reporting to the credit bureau. I have faxed over proof that I do not owe this bill and they are refusing to remove from my credit report. ... |
