The hospital made a mistake and did not tell the - department that this was a charity case from date of service due to non billable health insurance. I was never contacted by the collection agency before information was reported to the collection agency. I contacted A/R Resources collection agency I told them I do not owe this bill and to contact the - department and they did not use proper collection protocol before reporting to the credit bureau. I have faxed over proof that I do not owe this bill and they are refusing to remove from my credit report.
