He asked my questions about the homes that I have been looking at. I told him that the price was $170000.00. He asked how much my Social Security - annual salary was. I told him that it was $17000.00. He asked was this all my income and I said yes. He did some calculation and told me that I do n't have enough income to purchase a home.
