Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker May 21, 2015 - In - 2015 I began working with Watermark Home Loan ( broker : - - ) in order to refinance the current ARM on my primary residence. The result of this process was absolutely unacceptable. Only when I inquired about the status of my loan application two weeks prior to the expiry of the 45-day loan lock period, did I learn about missing documentation. I had been under the impression that it was their job to shepherd the process through to completion. Silly me - apparently it was my job!
