On this basis, they refuse to refund the loan, at a lower rate. On -/-/-, I complained to the State of Arizona Board of Appraisal ( ABOA ), who agreed on -/-/2015 that there is only - kitchen. NYCB insists that their flawed and incompetent appraisal report, which states there are - kitchens, and therefore more than - accessory unit, is correct. New York Community Bank Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker April 18, 2015 - My rental home on - - has been financed with NYCB Mortgage for the past 3.5 years. My credit is excellent, approaches -, and I have never missed a payment. I am trying to refinance this same exact home with NYCB that has been financed with NYCB for the past 3.5 years, to get a lower interest rate, from 4.375 to 4.0. Absolutely nothing has changed in the home since NYCB readily and easily financed this home 3.5 years ago, without any questions or reservations whatsoever.
