March 26, 2015 - Incessant phone calls are coming in to cellphone number - from General Service Bureau ( GSB ) out of - Nebraska. Phone calls to a 'cellphone ' is a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ( TCPA '' ) 47 U.S.C.
