P.S.C., Inc Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls June 6, 2015 - I work at - -, - WA. About a month ago I received a phone call at my bosses office phone - from - Police. I was informed that there was a woman waiting for me and I had an appointment with her. I informed them that I had no appointments and did not know the person there. - Police put the woman on the phone and she told me she was from Puget Sound Collections and wanted to meet with me. I told her on the phone that I was not allowed to receive calls at work and could not entertain her. I asked her to contact me at home and we could work out a solution to whatever problem there... |
