Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Washington

I work at - -, - WA. About a month ago I received a phone call at my bosses office phone - from - Police. I was informed that there was a woman waiting for me and I had an appointment with her. I informed them that I had no appointments and did not know the person there. - Police put the woman on the phone and she told me she was from Puget Sound Collections and wanted to meet with me. I told her on the phone that I was not allowed to receive calls at work and could not entertain her. I asked her to contact me at home and we could work out a solution to whatever problem there was. I then asked her not to call me at my work place again. I heard nothing from this company for about two weeks, until I received another call from them, again, at my workplace. I got there contact information and gave them mine and told them I could not receive phone calls at work and could they please stop and contact me at my home. I received a verbal warning from my supervisor about personal calls at

The message had my name on it and was from someone named - from PSC, saying that they would be in the office until -. I received another verbal warning from my supervisor about personal calls and was informed that if it continued I would get a written letter of warning. I feel that I am being harassed on my job and it could jeopardize my job. I also feel that this company contacting another shift supervisor could also impact my job. I have told the people from this company to please not call me at my work, but contact me at home and I feel that they are purposefully ignoring my request in an attempt to shame or embarrass me into paying. If they would contact me at home I am more than happy to discuss whatever bill they have and if it is legitimate then I will work out a payment plan with them, but if they continue to ignore my requests it could put my job in danger.
