September 21, 2016 - I looked up deferred payment on the wed site of Bridgecrest and call as asked for one. I was told they do not have a deferred payment plan at this time. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she told me I had to provide documentation before deferred payment could be provided. If a company has a deferred payment plan it should not require consumer to provide proof before even considered. Deferred payment only moves one payment to the rear and should not be hard to do when the consumer payment record shows no late payments or missed payments.
