July 10, 2015 - My - - - student loans have defaulted and I am trying to find repayment options. The company that is processing them Foster, Garbus & Garbus are not giving me all of the information I need to proceed in resolving this debt. Here are the following complaints:1. I have asked for proof of my loan and they have not provided it and said that legal papers they sent me should serve as proof. 2. They do not own the loan - - - still owns the loan. 3.
