Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account February 15, 2016 - Mortgage was approved for 2MP program in conjunction with my current and in good standing HAMP modified primary mortgage. Instead, the bank sold loan without any notification to borrorlwer while the loan was supposed to be in the process of modification. As per HUD 2MP program. Loan was " lost '' for two years with no communication even attempted with the borrower during that time. Borrower did escrow modified payments on her own, believing that the loan was being modified as was promised by lender.
