November 26, 2016 - I have been issued a writ of garnishment for a debt under a previous name ( I was married in - ) that was assigned to a bank account I had in -. I filed for bankruptcy in -. I do not recognize the debtor, - - - - and have received a second notice of garnishment, this time for a bank account I opened in for my incorporated business.
