My - credit report indicates that Synerprise ( a collection agency ) reports that I have a $300.00 in collections. - reports that I do not owe this Bill. My insurance provider - - - reports that I do not owe this bill. - - ( original creditor ) reported that the billing was in error and that I am not liable for the bill. I have been trying to get this matter cleared up since - 2015. The erroneous information reported by Synerprise to the Credit Bureau is having an adverse effect on my credit score.
