They then sent a bank garnishment then failed to send the letter until I called and requested it. The balance was -. November 30, 2015 - Our son was in an auto accident and was injured. He now has very serious health problems. He had a - credit card. He tried to pay it but it was sold to - after - filed for bankruptcy. He continued to pay on it, even though he continually explained his situation. April 19, 2015 - In - of 2013 I was sent a notice from - - - to go to court for an outstanding bill of apx. $8000.00. I wrote back and said I did n't understand how they could take me to court for a bill so old ( it is about 8 years old. ) I told them that I went through a period of bad health and divorce.
