Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action May 10, 2016 - On multiple occasions Bison collections sent threatening calls to me regarding service date -/-/- and -/-/-. On -/-/- i received a call from this company with - agents on the line requesting for payment. I advised that I am unaware of these service dates. The agents continued to bully me on the line. They referenced that they can see my credit score, mortgage payments, and paid off student loans for my children.
