I had paid my $500.00 payday loan in the payments they said. But of course they said all that I paid was to fees and not my loan. So I tried to stop they payments from my account. I could n't pay my rent my car or anything due - - cash. I tried calling them to have them give me more time. They did n't call back instead they took another payment for interest on money I had less than 14 days it was supposed to help. Instead it landed me in more debt stress and the crisis center from an -. Since they took what I needed for my rent. Now they are threatening ... |
Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm May 13, 2015 - I have now by email - times asked that they stop contacting me at my office number as I am not in a private environment AND my voice mail is not private. The most recent call was - minutes ago. This is becoming abusive. Each time I have advised them that it is against the FDCA for them to call after I have asked them to stop but they continue.
