Paid to have house appraised - We were told in would take 30 days refinancing process and not to worry about our - house payment because it will be finished by end of -! They were informed this is a permanently fixed manufactured home. Before and after appraisal I was never contacted by co. Had to seek them out to find they did not want to go thru with loan.
