Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm July 7, 2015 - the Kohn Law Firm at - WI -, has many attorneys, I sent a written cease of communication notice, because I do not deal with 3rd party collection agencies. the 1st atty sent me a fake summons to a real court, I found out it was fake when I contacted the court they did not know anything about it. Then the next atty ( I assume - all I have is the name - on my answering machine ; that calls me once a day for the last few days. I sent each attorney written cease of communication notice. It was referring to a defaulted loan I supposedly had owed. I did not receive a Judgment from this law firm. I did however receive a Judgment for money from a law firm in -, Wi. on -. The amount was $18000.00. I sent a Validation of Debt letter to Kohn Law Office, certified mail receipt, on -/-/-. I received the receipt from them on -/-/-.
