July 2, 2015 - I was with - for -+ years. I decided to not renew because I was not satisfied with them. I was on a month to month contract, but, to simplify my life I just paid it annually in advance each year. The last renewal bill I did not pay. I switched alarm companies in -. That same month I got a call from - - asking why I did not renew. I told the supervisor why and he stated he was sorry and asked what he could do to keep me as a customer.
