Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls December 14, 2015 - Check Smart has called me multiple times to remind me about a payment due on -/-/15. I made a verbal agreement that I would make a payment and one more on the date above. I was told that I would not receive anymore calls from them unless I broke the agreement which I have not. I feel I am being harassed by this company and I am getting annoyed. ... |
