This should not be on a collection. This company keeps harassing me about paying this in full and saying they have sent me numerous letters and changing or adding different dates this was taken out. The caller said he was calling " in relation to a breach of contract in the amount of $1700.00 with cash call USA. '' He said if I did not pay immediately, - would take me to court, get a judgment against me, and then have me " jailed '' if I did not pay. She said that Cash Call had exhausted all avenues to get the money back that they claim I took ( ie. bills to me, collections, etc ). I actually got a call from some other person about two weeks ago. When I ask for more information, they ask for my social and birth date for verification. I do not have any loans with Cash Call, so I pulled my credit report to see if someone stole my identity. I did not see any Cash Call loan on my credit also.
