Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine December 15, 2016 - I have contacted Carter Young many times to inform them that the account that they are reporting on my credit file do not belong to me. I have submitted Fraud Affidavits to them and they still refuse to remove this account. I have no obligation to pay them for this debt. It is not mine and I have never open an account with them or any other facility in regards to this debt. Please assist me in getting this debt remove from my credit file.... |

Carter Young Inc. is handling the collection of this account which is a false account. After reviewing my records, I am unable to find any documentation of any contractual relationship between Carter Young Inc. and me which makes them a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. They highlighted my " typed '' name signature to the bottom of the page. They put this on my credit report and is ruining my credit report and score. The credit agencies stated that Carter Young verified that this account belong to me. I yet to see my signature on any documentation. I was a victim of identity theft. My purse was stolen and some credit cards was fraudulently use. I have notified both the credit agencies and Carter Young and this account is still reporting on my file. They both are in violation of the FCRA in reporting items that do not belong to me. I need your assistance in getting this matter resolved.... |
