I have disputed this account many times with - the credit agencies and with Carter Young. The credit agencies stated that Carter Young verified that this account belong to me. I yet to see my signature on any documentation. I was a victim of identity theft. My purse was stolen and some credit cards was fraudulently use. I have notified both the credit agencies and Carter Young and this account is still reporting on my file. They both are in violation of the FCRA in reporting items that do not belong to me. I need your assistance in getting this matter resolved.
