JPMorgan Chase & Co. Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action seized/attempted to seize property May 14, 2016 - I failed to appear in court for a credit card debt in 2009 and there is now a judgement against me. I was unemployed for 5 years and was unable to pay the debt. There is now a lein on my bank accounts and i can not access my funds.... |
