It says the account was opened back on -/-/-. I did not open the account and it was a result of identity theft. I called - - when the account was still open back on -/-/- and told them that I did not open the account. They said that they would look into it and get back with me. I called them once again on -/-/- and asked them why the account was still open, they said that they have came to a resolution '' and will close the account. They never did. The account is now in collections... |
