The primary residence was sold via a Short Sale and I was able to SUSTAIN by curing the mortgage deficiencies on the rental property, which is an ACTIVE MORTGAGE with - and has been in place since - I have been informed by - that INNOVIS DATA SOLUTIONS has an IN-HOUSE POLICY to delete ALL Mortgage History on a Mortgage that has a bankruptcy tied to it, thus in effect VIOLATING MY 5TH AND 14TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS AS WELL AS VIO... |
