U.S. Bancorp Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report personal information October 28, 2015 - While reviewing my credit report, I noticed that USBK employees had initiated an unauthorized and fraudulent inquiry into my - credit report -/-/2015. I did not at any time authorize or consent to USBK to review my report for any purpose. This egregious act is in clear violation of my Privacy Rights and FCRA 1681 b ( c ). I am requesting for any verifiable evidence to support any consent I may have given to USBK employees for this gross negligent act to be provided me within 5 days for my verification. ... |
